found the problem with the flow.i had my flow bench operator talk to dwayne of porter racing heads.the operator did not put the bolt for the jessel stands in the hole that is in the port.that is what caused the high swirl,and low flow numbers.with the bolt in, the swirl was almost half!
the new numbers are:

.600 357.2
.700 376.5
.800 388.9

exhaust was 304@.800 with a 2" by 4" tube.i will use a 2 1/8 2 1/4 step header.he said the exhaust flow might go up with the larger header size.
theese numbers are untouched,the way i got them from indy. i might be able to get alittle more with some minor port clean up,but im going to leave them alone.its just a street car anyway.thanks for all the replies,and thank you dwayne for your time and help.
