KA just called me. Giving me an additional year factory warranty on the microwave, and a $200 prepaid bank card, in exchange for me letting them repair the microwave instead of replacing it. I took it. I think that's a decent deal, and they told me they are expediting the parts to the repair company, as well as the parts to replace the damaged drawers on my new fridge/range.
