We have a bottle of Franks in the fridge, but it's too salty for me & really not that hot. My favorite (& my oldest daughter too) is original Tabasco. We put it on everything - bologna sandwiches w/ketchup, scrambled eggs, hash browns w/ketchup, chili dogs, spaghetti sauce, chili, turkey sandwiches with Miracle Whip, etc. To me, Tabasco is just the right flavor. If I don't have Tabasco, then Franks is next in line.

I like Franks on wings, but yeah,,,it needs other real heat added. To me Tabasco is the MUST seasoning for chiliburgers, nothing else will do. Fried eggs too, and that’s it. Other forms of heat are used in all other cases.
