Our old 528 combo did real well running a best of 10.006 @ 137 @ 3850lb. about 15 years ago. It was a 4.50 bore 4.15 stroke combo. Good heads (572-13) and 440-3x and a 1250 (ish) Pro Systems Dom. Solid Roller, Lift was around .720" IIRC. 4:10 gears. Drove it all over, work, shows and just for fun. Originally it ran 10.7's, It was really scienced out by the end, the converter / cam choice was the biggest gains followed by the manifold and carb. HTH's up
