I lived in SO CA from 1945 until 2005, I worked in the Telephone industries in and on a bunch of different military bases in SO CA including Edwards AFB and the Rocket site on the same property,
I spent 2 yrs in the U.S. Army from 1966 to 1968, I know government waste when I see it on base and in other non military programs.
