Just has to do with timing. I've had free things listed on CL where people have emailed me to say how much of an idiot I am (says the guy wasting his afternoon emailing hate on CL), only to get rid of it to a guy who was super pumped to get free material.

Patience pays off when selling stuff. You only need to sell it to one person.
