BSharp master Joined: Jan 2003 Posts: 4,877 Virginia	Some years ago my store refused to replace a broken Craftsman torque wrench because "it's not a hand tool". Whut? I emailed Sears and they assured me the store would exchange it. They did. Apparently someone got a phone call.
