Received a notice in the mail yesterday that "Automobile" magazine is no more. I recall when David E. Davis started that mag, it always had quality writers. Looks like I get 6 months of free Motor Trend streaming video and a digital subscription to MT, 4x4 or Hot Rod.
Really amazing shift. At one time (ending around 2010) I was a nationally syndicated automotive writer, and at that time, writers whose material appeared exclusively on the internet were specifically excluded from most of the press events I attended..
