Did you measure the piston for CD too. What point does the manufacturer use for CD measurement. You would think standard for a flat top piston, but I can tell you it seems to vary greatly on the hemi pistons. Once assembled and if you desired it, the machinist should have machine the block to a value desire in the build. Either a true zero if the heads and cam were not going to be an issue or maybe smaller clearance like .005".

The best way to get your static compression is assemble with gasket intended to be used and CC volume at TDC. Use formula with engine displacement for the calculation of static CC. Much better than trying to add several individual measurements or calculating with manuf provided values.
