Exactly what is the carb and how is the distributor set up?
If those things are “correct” and you’re confident there are no other mechanical issues, and the cranking pressure is really 140+/-....... then the cam is kinda too big. I’d really want to see another 40-50psi.
Yes, you should be able to get it to run “fine”, but you’re not going to make real power out of that cam with 140psi.
Have you done a leak down test yet?
