Dads car was ordered out of AJ Thomas, West Memphis Arkansas. Dad picked up his car and John Livingston's car at the factory, they were not delivered to the dealers.

I agree with sixpack, with that much blue around the gas cap, may be that car. Being ordered out of PA excludes it from being Dads.
