I have a 440 Cuda hemi 4 speed, 3.55 car. DEFINATELY DO NOT go with 3.23s! You have overdrive, my first choice would be 3.73's if you have them, but 3.55s will work fine.

I THINK I am running the Lunati Voodoo you are talking about (they changed part numbers several years ago and I lost track).
My cam is the .493 / .513 lift. 268/272 duration(I think).

Powerband comes on at 1900 and pulls hard. Anything less than 1900 will lug under throttle. I have not found the top end, but I've only looked for it up to about 6200.
I would LOVE to have an overdrive, but it's not worth the expense and work to go for it...for me.

Yes thats the exact one (they changed from 5 digit numbers to long ones if im not wrong, if im right about that yours is the 60303). So off the line youd say (in a race situation) to dump the clutch at 1900?

Yes, mine is the 60303. It's a great mid-range power cam.

No, I try to hold the motor at 2500 and apply throttle at the same time as clutch.

Correct me if im wrong, but it sounds like you’re saying its not too good on the low end. How is it as a normal driver, does it take much revving to move from a stoplight?
