If the crank accepted the pilot bushing it seems that it would be drilled deep enough. Most automatic cranks are not drilled for a bearing. To be sure as stated above take a something that is longer than the input shaft on the trans and stick it into the pilot through the pressure plate and disc, measure at the face of the bell housing, that will tell you if you have enough depth.
