I have no dog in this fight but I love the NSS. In my business I have several global patents and trademarks. The NSS should consult with a trademark attorney. There is no way they can enforce the trademark if the NSS can prove they were doing business with the name prior to the filing. Please PM me if you would like my TM attorneys info.
