But your notion that the last Hemi car could actually be a 1972 model would upset quite a bit of previously-held doctrine, and I'm sure a whole lot of self-proclaimed "experts." Is there any record or mention of a '72 B-body with an elephant? You mention "hearing" of a pair of '72 E-bodies, but there's (again), no record. Right? This is a very interesting question.
