Less stall, and you may have troubles getting the turbos to spool. The converter is propably the most difficult thing in the turbo cars to get right, we had a pretty good luck with it. The first version was against the limiter all the way, but spooled very quickly and still run well (8.13). Then after tightening the rpm drops from 7100 shift point to 6200, but it now takes about a second+ to get the boost up enough for a decent leave. First since you have no boost, there is no torque, and the converter should slip, then with boost the tq doubles and the converter should hold, it's a difficult task. I would also say that you are very cautious with your spark advance, we have almost 10 degrees more with 14 psi. Of course too little is propably better than too much though.
