??? I could go buy a 2011 Mustang GT add some boost and get that done pretty quick. Probably could do a used SRT-8 Charger as well. I'm also guessing it could be done for well under 100k on one of our old school rides. 100k is a lot of money.

You can probably pick up this Honda for $2,000 add about $10,000 worth of engine/tranny/rear/suspension and go 10.50 all for under $15,000. That will meet your goal easily!
