Its going to be track dependant on the ET cut off. This was filmed at my home track and from talking to the head starter and tech guys it seems they're going to view a stock car with some drag radials bolted on, still stock.

You could always argue that a modern 08+ car capable of sub 10-11's from the factory is probably safer than most racecars with a rollbar and harnesses.
