Interesting question about the SFI requirements. My initial impression is that they should require owners to meet all the applicable safety requirements. Mopar should put an SFI approved balancer on these cars from the factory. It does hurt that you need to put a roll bar in a factory car, but the rules are there for a reason. You can't go 120 mph legally on the street, but you can on the race track.
