This is not going to happen on a "quality" double adjustable shock. To make a car with power work on radials, requires a GOOD shock, both front and rear. The best shock in the world on the back won't matter if the front of the car doesn't work.
Most Strange, QA-1 and other shocks in that price range, will NOT have radial friendly valving and neither will "off the shelf" Afcos, Konis or Penskes

I think he tunes cars for a living that go way faster then what we have. I would have to agree with him on radials and shocks.
