Any do or don'ts on type of storage drums? What type of checking gauge? Will it work with 13/1 ratio?
Almost all the steel drums have a epoxy liner in them now days so those work fine... if you use plastic drums they need to have a permeation barrier(it looks like a separate layer/liner that is molded in it)... I use the water tester for checking the content.. I got it from Quick Fuel or Summit... yes it will work with 13.1... my static compression is 14.1:1 but that doesnt mean much... my cam really lowers the compression
Talk to Mark Sullens He know his stuff. Im going to run a 15:1 static B1 and it should not be an issue. He has a few 16:1 motor running on it.
