Almost all the steel drums have a epoxy liner in them
now days so those work fine... if you use plastic drums
they need to have a permeation barrier(it looks like
a separate layer/liner that is molded in it)... I
use the water tester for checking the content.. I
got it from Quick Fuel or Summit... yes it will work
with 13.1... my static compression is 14.1:1 but that
doesnt mean much... my cam really lowers the compression
