I believe Indy has a curfew in place 11.00 pm . So it looked good after the call to cancel ,but as many their saw it was spotty and everywhere .The forecast for Sunday was to be worse and got 90 % completed . racers ,vendors ,show cars, swap meet peeps,and the promoter all lose or win with a the potential forecast .
