I'm curious about HVAC and if there is going to be some re-routing needed because of the lack of dash real estate.
I finally have a frame coming in the next two weeks. I may actually get this thing started this summer.

Yep, you lose about 6" off the front of the dash. The defrost duct will need to be reworked along with ducts or channel added to the dash to blow on the windshield.
