Heres a few more pics.

Painted the floor section. If you've ever sprayed inside a car, you'll know why. I'll go back and repaint once everything is finish welded.



I removed the inner rocker section and am prepping it for the square tube. Side impacts will not be an issue!


The new Chargers floor section is actually 4" narrower than the old RR's floor. This worked out well because I can use a 2"x5" box beam welded to the rocker to "fill" in the space. This will give great rigidity to the body as well as offer some side impact protection over the old RR. These are still mock up picks.
