maybe not ..... If the Challenger is a Y14 "sold" car (ordered at a dealership) it is probably from the pacific northwest. Its VON similarity to the Darts Tom posted is coincedence.
Similar VONs need to be organized based on the car "model", based on the Order Forms the salesmen used to sell cars. Dart had its own form. Challenger had its own form. My Y14 '70 Challenger R/T has a 076823 VON. I've found a number of 076xxx VON'd Challengers & they appear to be from the pacific northwest also.
