Really as long as it "looks" like a nss car from the body/hood scoop, all the other rules are out the window....

I'm not sure about this from the stand point of havin to pump down a motor to check it for legality. I don't think doin it on the honor system will be a good idea.
And Ssr'a scoop is perfect for outlaw. It looks like it belongs but it's taller.
Josh this is your race you set the rules I can't run outlaw anyway my car will not be going that fast anyway..
