THERE you go ... cheap and no seep ..
JUST make sure you have a straight and flat pan-rail and do NOT over-torque the bolts.
I have had the same CORK gasket on my 62 since the mid-70's ....had the pan off numerous? times .. no SEEP ...and cheap.

Get the Mopar reuseable one from a dealer.
Those do not work on all 727's there are differences in casting along the front sealing edge. Mine leaks from there and found out the deal from John Cope during his seminar, I am going back to a regular cork/neoprene gasket

You are supposed to put the new Mopar gasket on dry. I did, and it leaked live a sieve. I have an aluminum trans pan. Going to use "The Right Stuff" when I re-use it.
You probably have the same year(s) trans I do, check the front of the gasket with the contour of where it seals to the trans I bet they do not follow each other. Not sure if it's better to goop on sealant or just use a standard gasket.

I've built thousands of transmissions, ONLY use cork, and have NEVER had a leak from the pan gasket........Like already mentioned, the pan rail needs to be flat and then tighten correctly..... Wayne
