Get the Charlie's pan through Mancini Racing, and use the Indy pickup, its much larger than the milodon, and steer clear of the Milodon setup that uses the Leak prone "green" gasket.

Yes I run that pan and have been for two years now. I really like it, no need to worry about ever hitting it on anything. It also has trap doors so the oil does NOT move away from the swinging pick up. Most dragsters around here don't shut the motors off either.

Bob I'm running a milodon single line setup right now but I've removed the "green gasket" and threaded the housing for a remote oil filter. Much cleaner. I've also got a World aluminum block that I can plumb the second line right into the front of the block and will not need the adaptor in-between the block and pump. My only other concern is my engine combo as the instructions say will work up to 3/4 stroke? What does that mean? 4 and 3/4 or what? I've got a 4.15 crank with Grp aluminum rods and I'm affraid it will hit? My current set-up is not hitting anything with milodons stroker windage tray.

I have not had any oil control problems with my Milodon, having pressure never go down below 50psi after letting off at the traps. But if the Charlie's fits and is cheaper it sounds like a good buy.

what does the charlies pan use for a windage tray

the milodon has a built in windage tray and crank scraper. i believe the milodon is for 4.3/4 stroke. it works fine in my 4.150 stroke

Charlie's Oil Pans does make an oil pan to fit the Alterkation, Magnaforce and LRT front ends on A Bodies. I currently am running one with a single line and swinging pick up with no issues on my 73 Duster. It is a 7 qt. pan and is a very nice piece for the money.
