Nothing too crazy, 4.150 stroke with BB Mopar size journals.
Naturally Aspirated truck puller, so it sees sustained rpm in the 7500-8000 rpm range.
Callies did say "billet is way overkill" when I called. I would skip the BB MoPar journals. Get a cranks with BBC throws and be done with it.
Just because you think it won't make it true. Horsepower is KING. To dispute this is stupid. C. Alston

Ohio Crankshaft CO. will finish thier custom ground stroker cranks any way you want them. All the forged steel stroker cranks I've bought(15+) from them came with the stock 8 bolt 1/2 inch 426 Street Hemi pattern on the flanges with the locating ring built in, not the earlier 392 top fuel patterns with no locating ring built into the crankshafts All the other aftermarket wedge motor forged steel stroker cranks I've bought and used had the standard 383/440 six bolt pattern 7/16 bolt size on the flanges BTW, Keith Black Enterprises,562-869-1518 sells press in locating rings to use on the top fuel type cranks to use a torque converter in them I've two or more bracket motors out there using the old top fuel cranks with those locating rings in them with no problems so far

Crower is a great alternative and make center counterweight pieces

Crower is a great alternative and make center counterweight pieces I bought a Crower center weighted crank with 440 size mains and rods, 4.15 stroke, made of 304M I believe? Cost $2300 back in 2010. Beautifully machined balancing on the counter weights, not drilled. I had some cap walk issues on my cross bolted Megablock. They went away when I upgraded to the center counter weights.
