Make the exhaust no larger than the turbine inliet flange. It will reduce turbulence in the manifolds.




The inner opening of the flange is quite a bit larger than the 3" pipe that I am using. The two 3" pipes merge just below this flange. The right side exhaust log/header will be quite a mess but is needed due to the spark plug configuration. Left side will be pretty easy.
