Hi John,congrats on moving forward with the family jewel. In my humble opinion, if you have to buy a crank and pistons anyway, a stroker is no more expensive than going stock-like. It doesn't have to be a 572. Actually, there are ton of great deals on already-built engines in the classifieds here. Go with somebody that has a goor reputation. 99.9% of the guys on here are honest. It's ok to trust, just know what you are buying. Congrats and look us up for the wires when it's time..
