I've never heard or seen one of those before. Even though it looks similar to the dedicated Stage VI RB intakes, I can tell the plenum for the 4150 version (assuming there are both 4150 and 4500 types) is at least different than the Stage VI intake... which can't be bad, 'cuz out of the box the Stage VI intake SUCKED. Of course, after you spend a bunch of $$$ w/ "Dr. Air" it makes some HP.

EDIT: I'd be curious how tall the intake in the pictures above is.
