I have a '68 440 that I have built for my '69 charger. I have the opportunity to purchase a '78 Dodge truck with a 400 and a big block 727 tranny with it that I was hoping would work with my 440. I am wondering if this tranny will bolt up to my engine and be the same as if I purchased a '68 727? If it is not what years of trannys should work with my engine? Any help or input is appreciated!
