I have access to a 73+ center link (and an idler arm too but I think it was from a power steering car). So, if a 73+ manual pitman will fit on my 69 power steering box, I would just have to get a manual pitman and manual idler arm for 73+? If this is the case, it would be my best option.
The Moog listing for a 73 A body pitman shows
Manual steering - Inner Diameter of splines is 1.004"
Power steering - Inner Diameter of splines is 1.1"
The Dorman 68 listing shows the diameter as 1.02", no mention of inner or outer diameter.
Not sure they are measuring the same diameter though. Might slap a caliper on yours adn see if any of those numbers make sense in regards to what you have.
