all your welds look excellent except for the extreme undercut on the tube to floor plate, and what looks like holes caused by contamination. will that weld hold ? most likely, but if it were me, i would re-do that one. just tossing that out there, and in no way attempting to make you look bad, so please don't take it as such.
I was thinking the same thing when I saw that picture , grinding and welding over it at a minimum?
