he shows the readings clearly show sensing voltage to the VR doesn't match battery voltage, ever. And it gets worse as the voltage gets higher. If it doesn't match it over charges.
It is just a question of why doesn't it match. I don't think the jumpers are necessary to prove that. But I think when you are done, jumping the sensing line and vr case to battery power that it doesn't over charge.
