Missed out on Ruby Starr, she had already left Black Oak by then.


I was doing monitors on stage for newly formed Rossington & Collins band in Tallahassee back in the day, and Dale Krantz came over and gave me a big kiss during the concert, monitors were good that night, and a monitor engineer was either the hero or the villain during a concert, and it could change daily. That was a good night. Why she later married Rossington is beyond me. eyes biggrin



Rossington and Collins made good music, just never went big like the original band.......

I guess I am a little weird, I can listen to Contemporary Christen, Darrell Evans as easy as Black Sabbath, Dio and Osbourne . I like most all music but those country crooners never really did much....
