Bob K's cam specs are hard to come by but they are "very" close to the old Direct Connection Street Hemi grind 280 / 474
some years back bob k. gave the specs to his cam. they were engles at that time and I regret throwing that magazine away that had an article about his car. anyhow, from what I remember his cams are no where near that old '214 cam. from what i remember his cams are pretty mild. unfortunately people tout these cams but nobody degrees one in to know the specs or have any track times to put with the specs. I did use a hughs/engle 2330 once in a 6pak and it worked pretty good. down side to the 2330 is the lift requires shortening the valve guide boss's for retainer to seal/guide clearance. a summit 6401 using factory retainers and the crane springs is pretty much a no-brainer with factory valvetrain. hopefully someday somebody will put a degree wheel and some track times on the bob k. cams.
