I second RR's suggestion of Summit Racing's cams. I have both cams and love them. I use the smaller cam in my pickup with an auto, stock convertor and 3.23 gears. It runs great. I use the bigger cam in a 66 b-body with factory high stall convertor, 3.55 gears. The specs are .445/.465 lift, 214/224 duration @.050 for the small cam and .466/.488 lift, 224/234 duration @.050 for the larger. They both have excellent street manners. The larger cam has a slight lope at idle and pulls hard in a 440 with 9.2 compression, 452 heads and factory intake. A little more compression, better heads and intake would really wake it up.
