There is one way. If you look into the feeding pedestal typically you'll find that the top of the bolt hole is counter bored then the bolt thread starts. In the area of the counter-bore you will typically find the oil galley feed point. If you use thin wall tubing you can sleeve the counter bore area with a pre-drilled bushing made from the tubing.
