Assuming a stock oiling system, you should have no problems. That being said....
If someone has altered the #4 cam journal or bearing with a groove, (common practice that I am strongly against) you best have some sort of restrictor in the supply drilling from the cam to the deck surface. With a grooved #4 cam journal, and no restrictors, you WILL lose about 60% of the oil to #4 main, and #6&#7 rods.
Even if you didn’t intentionally alter the oiling, some cam companies alter the journal to save valve train parts (at the cost of the bottom end)
There are better ways to get oil up top.
Hopefully you have a stock oiling sytem. The stock oiling sends oil in pulses up top.
