If you have Indy heads you can restrict the oil at the rear oil line feeds they have, if not Im not sure.
I am not a fan of needle roller rockers as I have had one fail putting needle bearings through my engine, one found its way to the oil pump which stopped the pump, snapped the drive and the engine kept running frown
