The Valiant had stock frame rails and ladder bars. I used the RJ race cars bars, had to cut very little from the rear floor but I wanted the front crossmember as high as possible in the car. So I had to trim out a small section up front to allow for placement of the upper bolt hole, knowing I would never use it anyway but it put the crossmember high in the car. The car was mini tubbed with a 28x10.50 slick with room to spare. Here is a pic or two.
