I can tell you FOR SURE they wouldn't fit a 62. My 275/60 PRO required the spring to be pushed in to the side of the frae rail, and the wheel lip beat, and they BARELY fit.
Hmm, my '63 required none of that with the same tire and I have room to spare on both sides!
I have had 275 60 15's on my '64 Plymouth before, and they fit easy, with plenty of room to spare. Just wondering about the next size up 295 65 15, if anyone has squeezed in these big tires with stock leaf spring location, stock axle width, and stock wheel tubs?
