just to give you a different idea, my race car has a transmission cooler mounted on the floor board under the driver seat about one inch off the floor. Trans lines are only about 12 inches long. Saves weight, and it gets plenty of cool air. If it is a race only type vehicle a small cooler is plenty. Mine is about 6 by 12 inches.
I looked into that option but was able to control myself and not spend money.
The
Derale 13740 looked cool. Plenty of spots under the driver's side floor for something like this. Would have been really easy to plumb and wire. Next time.
