The days of 25 fuel cars showing up to qualify for a 16 car field are over. If i recall there was even a race at the end of the season were 15 cars showed up. With the economy and sponsership money getting tighter, i think it is in NHRA's best interest to give the little guys a little bit of a better shot at things.
