Hey Eric,
I ran a new best on that pass. 6.16 @ 113.31 mph. I had a poor 60 ft time though, as it was 1.45. I did not get the car in the "groove" and spun quite a bit. In fact, it was heading for the the right wall! I was about to abort the run, when it started to come back for me. Anyway, at that MPH, ET should be a 6.00. The fuel pump ceased up and that was the only pass I got. If the techs would have caught the time they would boot me anyway, as 6.39 and quicker is NHRA Pro license required territory.
We had a great time, with the new best, and I will do something about the fuel pump ASAP.
The engine seems much happier without the baffles in the headers, and with the correct head gaskets.
Thanks for asking Eric,
Mark
