Just found out the REAL cause of my oil pan leaks. Put new oil in & let it idle for a while & viola, no leaks. Happy camper until I got back from a 30 mile freeway cruise & saw oil dripping all over the front axle. Found one loose pan bolt...and got to thinking why my PVC hose is plugged into the back of the Eddy AVS carb. Sure enough, soon as I switched it to the front AND cleaned all the oil out of the valve cover breather & took it for a ride, NO leaks. Didn't know I had that much ignoramus in me. 4 pan gasket replacements, a $110 Jegs windage tray & $90 in oil, all because the PVC hose was plugged into the wrong inlet.
