That's what I was thinking & during a search on this site, I read the MP tray isn't that good unless you drill holes for drain back. I have a 6 qt MP rear sump pan & wonder if the tray is recommended for that application. First time I made a gasket with Permatex & think I got way too much on there, so am pulling it off this morning anyway.
